Welcome to VitalZen. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") outline the terms of service for our vitamin injection (drip) services. Please read and understand them before booking a consultation or treatment with us. VitalZen reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without notice.

1. Consultations

  • Consultation Fee: Consultations for our vitamin injection services are free of charge  and lasting approximately 20-30 minutes.

  • Confirmation: Upon providing a valid email and phone number, clients will receive an email confirmation before their appointment, including clinic details, date, and time.

  • Deposits: Clients who book treatments must pay a 50% deposit following a consultation.

 

2. Treatment Suitability and Results

  • Assessment: Our qualified practitioner will assess each client to determine if a treatment is suitable and likely effective. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable, or client expectations must be aligned with achievable results.

  • Results Disclaimer: Individual results from treatments may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

  • Side Effects: Side effects will be discussed at the consultation.

  • Client Compliance: Clients must follow any pre-treatment protocols or guidelines provided. Please do so to avoid cancellation of the treatment without a refund.

 

3. Booking, Payment, and Packages

  • Booking: Clients are encouraged to book at least one week in advance to secure their preferred date and time.

  • Payment: A 50% deposit of a treatment is required when booking to confirm the appointment. We accept  payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, paypal

  • Packages: Packages for multiple treatments must be paid in full before the first treatment session. If a treatment course is discontinued for medical reasons, any refunds will be calculated by deducting the list price of completed treatments from the total package cost. Missed appointments within a prepaid package will result in the forfeiture of that session.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • General Cancellations: Clients may cancel appointments up to 72 hours in advance for a full deposit refund. Cancellations with 48 hours’ will incur in a result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no show will incur a 50% deposit fee, and 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

  • Vitalzen reserve the right to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or due to sickness . Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.

  • Rescheduling and Late Arrivals: Arriving at most 15 minutes late may lead to reduced treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment. Rescheduling available up to 72 hrs without any fees. Paid deposit may remain on Your account until the rescheduling. Rescheduling within 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur a 30 %  fee and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid. Rescheduling within 24hrs not available.

 

5. Children and Safety

  • Clients attending appointments with children must bring an additional adult to supervise the child during treatment. No child under 16 may be left unsupervised within the clinic, and failure to arrange suitable supervision may result in treatment cancellation.

 

6. Health Disclaimer

  • Non-Medical Service: Our services are non-medical wellness treatments and are not intended to replace medical advice or treatment for health conditions.

  • Client Responsibility: Clients must consult their healthcare provider before administering vitamin injections.

  • Blood test: VitalZen may required a certain blood test prior to having IVNT. Blood test will be discussed at the consultation.

 

7. Liability

  • Limitations of Liability: VitalZen shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services.

  • Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose all relevant medical information before each treatment. VitalZen will not be responsible for any adverse effects due to omitted or inaccurate information provided by the client.

 

8. Discounts and Offers

  • Loyalty and Membership Schemes: VitalZen may offer loyalty schemes with terms specified at enrolment. Discounts under loyalty schemes apply once membership is confirmed and are only valid with proof of membership at the time of purchase.

  • Vouchers and Promotions: Vouchers are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may have expiration dates.

 

9. Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Gift cards and vouchers may be redeemed against treatments or products at VitalZen. They are transferable but not exchangeable for cash and must be used within the validity period stated on the card or voucher.

 

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • VitalZen is committed to protecting client data by UK GDPR. For details on how we use and protect personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

11. Modifications to Terms and Services

  • VitalZen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions and its service offerings. Changes will be posted on our website, and the client must review these terms periodically.

 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
